I wish everyone could have a real estate agent like Kenny. What a great job he did on the sale of my house, even in an unfavorable climate for sellers! He made a perfect recommendation on the price, and explained all of his rationale. When tough calls were needed, like selling a month earlier than we wanted, he was firm in sharing what the potential risks would have been if we had delayed. He was very available, thorough, and gave us good recommendations for other services we needed. He walked us through the paperwork, and made the process of closing very smooth.
